Privacy Policy

At 4Biz, we care very much about your privacy. We recognize the substantial commitment made by entrusting the hosting of your marketing programs on our technology and infrastructure, which may involve the collection and storage of important personal data about your prospects and customers. 

In this policy, we describe the business practices and technology used to insure that all the data associated with a 4Biz client is made available only to that client in controlled ways and to no one else, unless agreed upon in electronic or written communication as a designate of that client.

We ensure your privacy by holding our customers (for whom we host content) to high privacy standards and confirming that their data security practices are being followed by our standardized measures of securities, which are described in this document. Each of our customers has their own privacy policy, so we cannot fully present them all here.

Data Collection:

Data is collected on behalf of our clients and is owned and controlled by the personnel granted access to the tools that administrate the usage of the data. This data collected from consumers (individuals interacting with marketing content distributed on behalf of our client's directives) is generally comprised of both:

1. explicit response data provided as a result of filling out forms of some sort, and

2. behavioral data describing certain activities that have been conducted, such as looking at a web page or printing a coupon

4Biz manages this data for the client and will delete it after the sooner of:

1. a request from the client to do so,

2. 6 months of storage for each particular activity or response.

4Biz does not currently support or allow its system to be used in such a way as to collect sensitive personal data, namely, personal data consisting of information as to: 

1. the racial or ethnic origin of the data subject,

2. their political opinions,

3. their religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature,

4. whether they are a member of a trade union ,

5. their physical or mental health or condition,

6. their sexual life,

7. the commission or alleged commission by them of any offence, or

8. any proceedings for any offence committed or alleged to have been committed by them, the disposal of such proceedings or the sentence of any court in such proceedings.

Data Transmission:

Except where written or electronic authorization of data transfer has been obtained from the client, no transmission of this data outside of networks controlled by 4Biz is allowed. Data collected from consumers interacting with market content can only be transferred to partners in adherence with their own data privacy practices and policies.
